company to debit your checking or savings account every other
week for half of your monthly mortgage payment. The

Choice Loan offers the option of the Equity Builder, which
is in effect a Bi-weekly Mortgage.
You can build
equity faster by opting for a Bi-weekly Mortgage Plan and
this option can be chosen on a Smart Choice Loan at any
time. On a Smart Choice loan with the Bi-weekly Mortgage payment
option, the loan would payoff approximately 5 years before a
30-year amortized fixed rate loan. On a loan amount of $100,000
that could make a potential savings of $25,139!!!! |
